Analysis protocol genetic functional neuroimaging available

A protocol for the analysis of the candidate gene association study using neuroimaging parameters as endophenotypes, is available.
This protocol describes which analyses will be performed in the project of ‘Identification of subjects at risk for the (re)occurrence of depression and anxiety disorders, using candidate genes with neuroimaging parameters as endophenotypes’, which is part of the NESDA project.
